Note for start of Open Classes (OPTs)

Runners participating in the open classes may start every day 30 minutes after the first start and until 2h30 hours after the first start (2h interval).

Ori-Precision (Trail-O)

We hereby remind you that the entries for the Trail-O close today!
The event will start at 15.30 on the 15th February, in the Figueira da Foz Camping Site and the start times will be told on site by arriving order.
Before the event there will be a small workshop, about the Trail-O Sport, done by the National Technical Director Antonio Aires. This presentation will be in the Ginásio Clube Figueirense room in Estádio Municipal José Bento Pessoa nearby Figueira da Foz Camping Site.

Warning

Starts in Night Sprint will be 30 in 30 seconds. However, athletes will be called 2 minutes before their real start time.

The organization, in partnership with the Figueira-Health & Spa Lda, enables the athletes of POM the opportunity to use a Massage Center in the facility of Quiaios Hotel, in Praia de Quiaios.
Competent professional will provide a vast offer that can include a simple relax and recover massage to a treatment massage.
