Partnership with the Figueira-Health & Spa Lda

The organization, in partnership with the Figueira-Health & Spa Lda, enables the athletes of POM the opportunity to use a Massage Center in the facility of Quiaios Hotel, in Praia de Quiaios.
Competent professional will provide a vast offer that can include a simple relax and recover massage to a treatment massage.

Also a reminder that IOF Competition Rules forbids the use of GPS devices unless there is “no display or audible feedback”. This rule will be applied just for Elite Classes on 2nd day (WRE).

Important registration deadline – February 5 of 2010.

The registration for the competition classes’ closes on Friday 5 of February.
After that date (February 5) only registration for the open courses are accepted, dependent of the map availability.

This limit is important so that the organization can fulfil the posting of the start times in the internet, print the bib numbers and advance the secretariat preparations.
We are now two weeks away from that deadline and believe that no one will be jeopardize by this adjustment of the registration limit.

For the first time, Portugal 'O' Meeting will provide orientation meant to everyone, the Precision Orienteering.
